While You Were Sleeping has been involved in a number of projects:
In 2011, we hosted the Freedom to Create Documentary Week in collaboration with Freedom to Create, an organisation founded to support programmes and projects around the world that unleash people’s creativity.

In 2012 we were involved in organising the Eco Kids Film Initiative, a film festival to inspire real change among the children of today and generations to come by promoting a proactive strategy of environmental awareness using film as medium.

In 2014 we organised the inaugural Cape Town Eco Film Festival, screening 24 documentary films with environmental themes over a five day period. Find more info HERE.
